The Professional Master’s Program in Landscape Architecture (MPAP-FAU-UFRJ) received a score of 5 — the highest possible for master’s programs—in the CAPES 2017-2020 Quadrennial Evaluation.

This result reflects MPAP’s outstanding performance in advancing professional training and research within the expanded field of contemporary landscape architecture practice and production.

This achievement is the result of the dedication and engagement of faculty, students, alumni, and collaborators. We extend our gratitude to PROURB, our sister program that hosts us, and its administrative office for their support throughout this process.

This recognition serves as an incentive for us to continue working toward the preservation of landscapes and the creation of environmentally and socially just and resilient landscapes at various scales.
